We understand that emergencies happen and plans are forced to change — there will be times a reservation needs to be cancelled. Consideration is encouraged in these situations. Seating is limited and we will likely have a list of people waiting for the opportunity to create. Also, we purchase materials per person, so we will incur the cost of supplies. Please try to give us as much notification as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.
Wren’s Nest strongly encourages finding a replacement artist once a party reservation has been made. Please settle the cost with that person and notify us that they are taking your place.
For cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the event, we will offer the following options:
We may credit the full amount of the reservation. A credit may be issued by transferring the reservation to a later date or by issuing a gift certificate which may be used to make a reservation for up to one year from the date it is issued.
We may issue a full refund of the purchased amount.
For cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the event, Wren’s Nest is not obligated to give any refunds or credits.
Cancellations must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations should not be made to Facebook or by personal text.
Wren’s Nest will not issue any refund or credit for no-shows.
